A good leader should be focused on creating an imitation of their success in you. They should understand that ultimately this is a business and not a charity but, people are most important. They ask questions and provide information. If you are invloved with a pushy salesperson, you are wasting time, move on. The most successful Network Marketers I have ever seen were also “great” people. It is easy to spot them.

Before you join a company find out if they are using the most modern techniques. There are still many old school teams out there that are all push and shove and are slowing dying. Business is changing teams should be ALL over internet marketing and social networking. Utilizing community sites, blogs, videos is a bare essential to reach the big money.

Ask them straight out:

What will I be taught from your team? Home meeting can be effective but if they tell you that you should start harrassing your family memeers and buying leads and cold calling them, you need to be careful. This is where the 95% failure rate comes in. Most of these people will tell you about their up line and how some are making thousands a month. They won’t tell you about 75% of their down line that are failing. Now, I have never heard of a huge down line made up of only superstars, you need to be building people.

What you want to hear is that, they will provide you with the tools to create your own blog and websites. How to find easy services that provide capture pages to attract leads to you, how to market online to get traffic to your pages. How to post videos on to YouTube. How to build community sites. If I showed you how easy it was to do some of these things you would not believe it. You will hear terms like AdWords, AutoResponders, Attraction Marketing, Social Marketing, Article Marketing, and proper telephone skills. These are a few of the methods that the top leaders  are using to become very successful.

A good team leader will be interviewing you to see if you are the right person for their team. They will not be trying to shove their product down your throat. Good Team Leaders don’t need you, and will never sound needy on the phone. These are the types of Teams you want to be a part of.

Remember, it doesn’t matter if you are selling the greatest product in the world if you join a weak team and are left all alone to figure out how to be successful.

• Build the business just once and nurture it.
• Most of all, have repeated unending monthly income.
• Provide same support for EVERYONE that joins your team. Regardless of when they join or which upline they join under.
• Never lose a downline because of lack of support.
• Use the most cutting edge techniques and technology.
